Steve Bachor – Senior Project Director, LEED AP
Stephen Bachor, our Senior Director has 32 years' experience in the construction industry. His management skills include development operations, review and evaluation of construction documents, competitive bidding, negotiations, purchasing, along with schedule and budget control. Mr. Bachor, having oversight over all fields of operations, provides the excellent leadership, which sets PCM3 apart from other in the industry. He is a former Marine Corps Officer, and brings his extensive leadership skills, discipline and training excellence so necessary in providing Full Service Construction Management to our Clients. He is a LEED Accredited Professional. The unique reputation of the company for effective and on-going training is largely a result of Mr. Bachor's passion for continuous improvement. Mr. Bachor, throughout his illustrious career, which includes service to his country, has built over 5,000 residential units in the United States and over 5,000,000 square feet of premier commercial and office space in the US and Mexico.
Jeff Thrift – Project Director
Jeff Thrift is a Project Director with a passion for excellence. Mr. Thrift brings a sterling record of success in School Construction throughout many California School Districts. He is an experienced construction professional, whose excellent work is a valuable asset to the Company's unique reputation as a "California Schools Only" Full Service Construction Management firm. Jeff is an expert in Multiple Prime and Lease-Leaseback contracting as well as providing effective onsite management and quality control. He is an innovative leader with excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of successful conduct in multiphase construction on occupied sites, as well as new construction and site development. Mr. Thrift has 25 years of construction experience and is in his 13th year as a PCM3 employee, having worked in over five different School Districts, on a multiplicity of School projects throughout the State.
Sheri Phillips – Project Manager, LEED AP
Sheri Phillips is a skilled Project Manager with impressive organizational and technical expertise in the field of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing implementation. She has experience managing projects using Design-Build, Lease-Leaseback and Multiple Prime delivery methods. Ms. Phillips is a LEED Accredited Professional, who holds a BS degree in Biology. She has experience in all phases of School construction and has a vast storehouse of wisdom contributing to the successful decision-making process so valuable to our clients. Ms. Phillips expertise in DSA Closeout and Certification of legacy project is a large factor in the firm's unprecedented success in the area of forensic certification and remedial problem solving.
